NOTE:
- EX-CCC CANDIDATES WILL BE OFFERED BASE / BASIC SALARY UPON VERIFICATION OF THEIR LAST STATUS & MERIT RATING FROM OUR END AND BASED ON THEIR SELECTION RATING BY OUR DELEGATES.
- EX-ABOARD CANDIDATES WILL BE OFFERED BASE / BASIC SALARY BASED ON THEIR SELECTION MERIT RATING BY OUR DELEGATES.
- DAILY MANPOWER WILL BE PAID A MONTHLY SALARY CONSISTING OF DAILY BASIC WAGE X NOS. OF DAY PER MONTH + MONTHLY DECLARED OVERTIME (52 HOURS) – AN UPLIFT OF 25% FOR OVERTIME HOURS WORKED ON REGULAR WEEK DAYS.
