Provides supervision, coordination, instruction and other oversight to groups or teams of Technicians and Trades workers. Provide practical training and on-the-job instruction to Technicians and Trades Workers. May on occasion perform some technical and trades tasks although usually in the context of supervision or instruction
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role ï‚· Proven experience working as a site supervisor. ï‚· CPR and first aid certifications. ï‚· Sound knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations. ï‚· Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment. ï‚· The ability to interpret blueprints. ï‚· Outstanding leadership skills. ï‚· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ï‚· Excellent organizational and communication skills. ï‚· Capable of training subordinates for future succession ï‚· Capable of working in a remote environment if required ï‚· With Valid Driver’s licens
