Hands-on experience in managing multi-discipline commissioning activities. |
Knowledge of P&IDs, cause & effect, loop checking, and system turnovers. |
Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills. |
Develop and implement preservation procedures for equipment and systems until final handover. |
Coordinate with vendors, construction, commissioning, and QA/QC teams to ensure preservation requirements are met. |
Monitor and maintain preservation logs and ensure timely inspections and renewals. |
Supervise preservation team activities and allocate tasks based on priorities. |
Ensure all preservation materials and consumables are available and stored properly. |
Prepare preservation dossiers and documentation for project handover. |
Liaise with client representatives for inspections and reporting. |
Train field personnel on preservation techniques and procedures. |
Ensure compliance with project specifications, international codes, and OEM recommendations. |
Familiarity with static and rotating equipment, piping, electrical, and instrumentation preservation. |
Strong leadership, organizational, and reporting skills. |
Proficient in Microsoft Office and preservation management systems. |
Lead and coordinate pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up activities for assigned systems or units. |
Develop commissioning procedures, checklists, and execution plans. |
Coordinate with construction, QA/QC, preservation, and operations teams to ensure readiness. |
Ensure all safety and operational procedures are followed during commissioning. |
Lead system walk-downs, punch listing, and clearance activities. |
Interface with client and vendor representatives during FAT/SAT and functional testing. |
Monitor commissioning progress, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions. |
Ensure all test records, logs, and final commissioning dossiers are compiled and submitted. |
Support training and handover to operations team. |
