We are looking for a Business Development Associate who is efficient in handling the daily operations of online services.
Your day-to-day responsibilities would include:
â— Ensure supply availability according to demand projections. Facilitate arrival, accommodation arrangements and transportation arrangements for partners
â— Manage procurement, inventory, and issuance of tools & equipment and consumables to partners as required
â— Conduct training and retraining operations to make partners ready in time for deployment
â— Managing the partners’ calendar accurately in the system
â— Ensure all orders are fulfilled on time by managing transportation arrangements and ensure the drop offs at the customer's house are not missed, and always done on time
â— Ensure partners use prescribed sets of equipment and consumables on each and every job
â— Increase utilization of partners to maximize profitability
â— The role is quite challenging and would require heavy lifting. A major part of the role would require you to be on the ground for successful execution
Qualifications:
â— Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 2 years of experience in a startup environment
â— At least 2 years of experience with daily operations
â— Excellent writing and communication skills
â— Excellent with Microsoft Office Program and Windows
â— Effective communicator and mediator
â— Excellent interpersonal skills
â— Proactive and committed to finding solutions.
â— Well organized with effective and efficient working style
â— Analytical and synthetic.
â— Able to work independently towards targets and planning
