• Operate CNC machines for continuous 12-hour shifts (training provided)
• Use overhead cranes for plate handling
• Interpret markings and CNC instructions using basic English skills
• Perform basic gas cutting for scrap management
• Understand tape measurements, plate thickness, nozzles, etc.
• Work independently with minimal supervision
