MAJOR FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coffee & Beverage Preparation
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, brewed coffee, teas, and specialty drinks.
- Operate and maintain the cleanliness of coffee machines, grinders, and brewing equipment.
- Ensure all drinks are prepared according to company standards and customer preferences.
- Experiment with new flavors and beverage options to enhance the menu.
- Customer Service & Interaction
- Greet and engage with customers warmly, providing a welcoming environment.
- Take customer orders accurately and ensure prompt service.
- Offer suggestions and upsell beverages, pastries, and food items.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
- Inventory & Stock Control
- Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other ingredients.
- Restock supplies and communicate shortages to management for ordering.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of coffee beans and other perishable items.
- Hygiene & Cleanliness
- Keep the coffee station, equipment, and work area clean and sanitized at all times.
- Follow HACCP and food safety guidelines in beverage preparation and service.
- Maintain proper personal hygiene and adhere to company uniform standards.
