Job Title: Machine Attendant of Vending Machine
- Must hold a valid driving license.
- Age should be between 24 to 35 years.
- Physically fit, as the role involves lifting and carrying items.
- Prior experience in filling and maintaining vending machines.
Scope of Work
This job is responsible for the filling of the vending machines with food products and beverages, and collecting the cash from the machines, and ensures that the machines are in good working condition.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Receive the food products and the beverages from the warehouse, confirm the quantities and drive vehicle carefully to the machine locations.
- Check the operating condition of the machines to ensure they are in good working condition, such as the refrigeration and payment solution.
- Refill the machines with the required quantities of food products and beverages.
- Refill the coins in the coin changer, and collect the cash from the machines and put it in the money bag assigned to each machine, and submit it to the money room in the warehouse.
- Inspect the products dates in the machines, and remove any damaged or expired products.
- Collect the data from the machines and transfer it to the server in the warehouse.
- Clean the interior and exterior of machines, and fill the cleaning check sheet in each machine.
- Perform any other related job duties that are assigned from time to time by management.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills
- Diploma in the Management field or equivalent.
- Valid Saudi driving license, with some basic knowledge of vehicles maintenance.
- Two years’ experience in vending operations with one year as machine attendant.
- Good communication skills.
