• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, electronic, and mechanical issues quickly and efficiently.
• Conduct inspections to ensure machines are operating properly and safely.
• Maintain accurate service logs and inventory of spare parts and tools.
• Install new equipment and ensure correct calibration and configuration.
• Respond promptly to equipment malfunctions during operational hours.

• Proven experience in repairing and maintaining arcade and/or bowling equipment.
• Diagnose button malfunctions, screen issues, and sound failures in arcade machines promptly.
•Check for loose or worn wiring, broken connectors, or faulty PCB components in game units.
•Replace damaged buttons, micro switches, LED lights, and monitor components.
• Regularly clean and lubricate pin lifting arms, motors, and string pulleys.
• Inspect string mechanisms daily to ensure proper alignment, tension, and operation.
• Reset and reprogram scoring system sensors as needed.
• Monitor motor performance and check for overheating or wear.
• Replace worn strings, broken pulleys, or damaged pins to maintain game integrity.
• Test emergencies stop switches, safety features, and ensure compliance with standards.
