• Measure, cut, and install drywall panels according to specifications provided by blueprints or project drawings
• Secure drywall panels to walls, floors, and ceilings using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Tape and joint between drywall panels to create a smooth and seamless finish.
• Repair and patch existing drywall as needed, including reattaching loose or damaged panels.
• Inspect finished surfaces for imperfections and make necessary corrections.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area, ensuring tools and materials are properly stored.
• Collaborate with other construction professionals, such as painters and carpenters, to ensure a cohesive and high-quality end result.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times to prevent accidents or injuries.
• Proven experience minimum 5 years as a Drywall Installer And Taper or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of various drywall materials, tools, and techniques.
• Precision and attention to detail to ensure accurate measurements and installation.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, project plans, and specifications.
• Proficient in using drywall tools, including saws, drills, screw guns, and taping knives.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
• Effective time management and organizational abilities to meet project deadlines.
• Solid understanding of safety practices and procedures in the construction industry.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy materials and equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and clients effectively.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
