Position Roles & Responsibilities:
We are seeking highly motivated park supervisor to join our Team and has the capability for supervision,
management and admirative work.
Job Description:
FOH / Park supervisor which is responsible for daily operation monitoring and direction, customer
communication and problem solving, reporting direct to the park manager. Job duties include:
ï‚· A friendly and approachable demeanor especially for children, with a strong commitment
to customer care.
ï‚· Responsible for all admirative work related to the center, employee attendance,
suggestion and questions.
ï‚· Reporting to the park manager and contacting directly with the HR office.
ï‚· Preparing operation reports including the employee attending sheet and shifts.
ï‚· Knowledge of gaming such as (Trampoline, Inflatable, Rope Course, Wall Climbing, Soft
Play, Zipline, and Arcade)
ï‚· The ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
ï‚· A responsible and ethical approach, particularly when dealing with the children.
ï‚· Flexibility to work evenings/nights, weekends, and public holidays as required.
ï‚· Competent and trustworthy.
