Job Title: Store Sales Attendant ort Store Crew (COnvenient Store)
Scope of Work
This job is responsible for the daily sales activities in the store, to ensure that the sales are performed smoothly, efficiently and profitably.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet customers and treat them respectfully, attend to their needs and provide them with the information on the products.
- Observe the store shelves daily and monitor the display of the products, and remove any damaged or expired products.
- Assist the store supervisor in monitoring the inventory levels in the store, and in conducting the weekly inventory of the store.
- Register all sales on the cash register, and accurately handle all cash, credit cards or any other method of payment.
- Follow company procedures on cash control, and report cash shortages to the supervisor.
- Follow company policy on the age restrictions for the sale of certain items such as cigarettes.
- Maintain neat and clean personal appearance, and maintain the store clean at all times.
- Regularly clean the store, and clean the store devices and equipment.
- Perform any other related job duties that are assigned from time to time by management.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills
- Diploma in the Management field or equivalent.
- One year experience in retail stores business.
- Good organizational and customer services skills.
- Good communication skills.
